About this role

As a Technical Projectleader you are responsible for leading the development projects for complex mechatronic systems and or modules. Your focus will lie on coming up with technical concepts, realizing the technical challenges and managing the team of engineers and experts.You are responsible for effective project management within the development process, content and team. You are responsible for the TPD, reviews and configuration management. You deliver within agreed boundaries within quality, logistics, technology, cost and time. You report to the management. The projects are with international customers within the High-tech environment. These can vary from medical systems up to equipment for the semiconductor and solar industry.

About you

  • You have a master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics or related
  • You have at least 8 years of experience as system architect or team lead for high-end equipment, working in multidisciplinary development teams
  • You are successful track record with at least three of the following aspects: (concept) development projects, manufacturability, project management methodology, subcontract management
  • You have good project management skills
  • You are a highly driven team player, analytical, creative and have negotiation skills
  • You have good communication skills and proficient in English and Dutch
