As the IT Onsite Support Analyst will be responsible to deliver the full range of IT support.
Your primary duties are to provide onsite deskside desktop support for; Computers, Servers, Networking and field connectivity.
You will provide second level of support for tickets raised to you by the global Service Desk. and action these in the Brisbane HQ.
In addition, you will get the opportunity to work with the Network and Server team, supporting as required and developing further skills in these fields.
You will be reporting to the Senior Onsite IT/Wellsite Team who will provide you guidance on the first few months, offering online training for all IT systems, and industry related processes.
