Our client who is a leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Document Controller to be responsible for managing the coordination of contract approvals and rebate payments to government and private insurance payers.
It is a contract (which may extend) starting 2021-09-20 to 2021-12-23. This is an in office (Toronto based) role. No remote work
Managing documentation retention and tracking of PLA invoices, invoice validations and validation approvals, as per financial audit requirements
Leading invoice payment process (prepare approval documentation package, entry into e-Marketplace, follow-up on approvals,
documentation/confirmation of payment delivery)
Building tools and processes to increase efficiency in managing the increasing volume of rebates.
Supporting quarterly financial audit preparation.
Preparing PLA contract sign-off sheet
Circulating documentation package for approval (functional area approvals, LT, President)
Managing documentation storage (send to legal for ICD entry)
Previous experience with documentation retention
Leading invoice payment process
