About this role

As an Equipment Engineer you will develop solutions for enabling the customer support organization to perform service actions in a controlled way. You will perform availability assessments at the start of the design process, based on potential failure modes (risk & impact). You will predict expected availability and reliability performance, resulting in design & service requirements. As an Equipment Engineer you deliver statistical expertise in the analysis of complex issues and drive problems to a good solution. You define opportunities for design improvements and you develop service documentation. Furthermore, you gain in depth knowledge about system and technique.

About you

  • You have affinity with high-tech and complex systems
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in: Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • You like to work with statistical data analysis
  • You have experience in working with multidisciplinary teams/projects on system level
  • You have experience with Design for Reliability is a pre
  • You have analytical skills, flexible attitude and committed
  • You are a team player with excellent communication- and writing skills in English
  • You are a technical generalist wide oriented and out of the box thinking
