About this role

  • You take over the responsibility for global Supply Chain activities for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) of national and international Phase I-IV clinical trials in the Therapeutic Area General Medicine.
  • In this role you act as the main point of contact to R&D Project management and Clinical Operations for assigned projects, ensuring the timely and cost efficient provision of clinical supplies in these projects.
  • Represents CTSU (Clinical Trial Supplies Unit) as primary contact and subteam member for different projects.
  • Member in international development project teams.
  • Tasks: Project management, Supply Chain Management and membership in international project teams.
  • Thanks to your expertise you provide input to clinical trial protocols and bulk demands incl. comparator and non-IMP commercial products.
  • Furthermore you are responsible for cost estimations and innovations

About you

  • Master's degree in natural sciences or similar disciplines or completed vocational training with experience in clinical trials and development projects
  • Experience (several years) in clinical trial supplies or related business
  • Experience in working in an international environment, as well as team leading and project management experiences
  • Preferred is good knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and GMP/GCP requirements for IMPs
  • Ability to interpret complex project requirements
  • Strong problem solving capabilities with the willingness to make decisions and the ability to drive results
  • Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good software skills (MS Office)
