An exciting opportunity for a Communications Assistant to utilise their graphic design and creative skills to communicate our clients project accomplishments to non-technical key stakeholders via internal electronic platforms (internal social media).

Perth based / 9 day fortnight compressed work week / Initial 12 month contract with scope set to last until 2024

About this role

  • Accountability to the Project’s Cost Engineering & Project Services (CEPS) Manager on all electronic digital communications to internal and external stakeholders and including development of written communications via PowerPoint.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with project stakeholders to identify, develop and distribute communication work products (PowerPoints, videos, presentations, posters, photos) which communicate project strategies, current events and key milestones).

About you

  • Relevant degree qualified with 2-5 years experience
  • Microsoft Software products – including MSWord, Excel and most importantly PowerPoint. (PowerPoint skills needed the high skill/ experience level)
  • Photography – Ability to edit (quality and light) and enhance photographs via software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, etc. (highly desirable)
  • Videos – ability take videos (typically from a smartphone) and edit them (quality, duration and sound) for distribution via social media platforms (highly desirable)
