About this role

Core Tasks

Design BLE/UWB transceiver building blocks including PA, LNA, Mixer, Amplifier, VCO, PLL, Baseband Filter, or VGA, mmWave phased array, etc.
Review design specification based on system requirements
Communicate with baseband algorithm, RF system, device and layout teams
Present topology studies, design consideration, simulation and verification plan
Conduct lab measurement and report design-vs- silicon correlation.

About you

Competencies:

Requires 5+ years for MSEE, 1+ for PhD of industrial experience in analog/RF circuit design with CMOS process
Experience must include RFIC circuit designs, device physics and modeling, transceiver design and simulation, lab measurement and impedance matching
Familiar with design CAD tools such as: Cadence, Keysight ADS, Matlab.
Industry silicon experience is preferred
Requires 5+ years for MSEE of industrial experience in analog/RF circuit design with CMOS process
Product experience in BLE or UWB experience is a must have
