About this role

  • In this role you are responsible for installation, operation and maintenance support for BESS projects aswell as Troubleshooting for BESS problems, the coordination of Samsung SDIEU’s service partners and
    the technical training and consulting for customers
  • You respond to quality issues (Field/Customers/Partners) and defects and will visit our Customer sites,receive VOC, disassemble and repair defective products and respond to urgent issues at the very front
    line
  • Additionally you will analyse all sorts of technical problems and defects, you will have to find the causeof defects and based on your ideas you will establish improvements to avoid future breakdowns
  • You will analyse defective products collected at our RMA Center and you will confirm who is liable forthe defect (Samsung, customer’s side or third party)
  • Also you manage all quality and customer service related requests
  • Last you will be responsible for reporting of quality issue states on a regular basis

About you

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electronical Engineering or similar / equivalent education and experience
  • A minimum of three years of field experience, hands-on practice and knowledge about Energy StorageSystems and a general interest in related subjects like e-mobility
  • Wide knowledge about regulations and standards related to energy storage systems and gridconnection
  • Experience on Battery Inverter, Power Conversion Systems and/or Power Electronics incl. Experienceon renewable Energy such as PV, Wind, Grid connections
  • Smooth communication with customers with a positive attitude at all times
  • Willingness to travel (50%) internationally (Europe)
  • Valid driving license for EU
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency
  • Fluency in English and German
